The owner and founder of Universal Technology Support draws from 15 years of experience, having held IT positions at the University of Washington, Google, and the City of Bainbridge Island. He has also worked as a freelance web developer and as a tech support volunteer at Kitsap Regional Library. He enjoys implementing and supporting a variety of technologies for a variety of clients.
